Kotak bank f KYC process is the lead based work as per the location provided by bank to us. In this process the executive, as approved by Bank shall call the customer , who had open a zero balance 811 saving account with kotak bank and perform the Biometric authentication for full active saving bank account with Kotak. The customer remains to keep the zero balance facilities as per there wish.
